These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Isaacs Logistics ("Isaacs Logistics," "we," "us," or "our"), located at our company web address, and any related online services (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. Logistics, transportation, and freight services provided by Isaacs Logistics are governed by separate written agreements, contracts, bills of lading, rate confirmations, or service orders entered into between Isaacs Logistics and the client.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Use the Site to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our servers, or any connected systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code to the Site
• Use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access or collect data from the Site without our prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the networks connected to it
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

2. Intellectual Property

3. Services Are Subject to Separate Agreement

Information on the Site about our logistics, freight, transportation, and supply chain services is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute an offer to provide services or a binding commitment.

Any logistics or transportation services we provide are subject to a separate written agreement, contract, bill of lading, rate confirmation, service order, or other transactional document executed between Isaacs Logistics and the client. In the event of a conflict between the Site and any such agreement, the terms of the separate agreement will govern.

4. Quotes and Service Requests

If you request a quote or contact us through the Site, this does not create a contract or guarantee that we will provide services. All quotes are subject to verification, available capacity, equipment availability, applicable regulations, and the execution of a binding service agreement.

5. Federal Government Contracts

Services provided under federal government contracts are governed by the applicable contract terms, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and other applicable federal regulations. Nothing on the Site modifies or supersedes the terms of any federal contract.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISAACS LOGISTICS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Site.

This Section 6 applies only to your use of the Site and does not affect warranties, representations, or obligations contained in any separate service agreement between Isaacs Logistics and a client.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ISAACS LOGISTICS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Liability arising out of logistics or transportation services provided by Isaacs Logistics is governed by the applicable service agreement, bill of lading, and applicable federal and state transportation laws, including the Carmack Amendment where applicable.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Isaacs Logistics and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and subcontractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Isaacs Logistics. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including for violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

This Section 12 does not apply to disputes arising under federal government contracts, which are governed by the applicable contract terms and federal law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Isaacs Logistics regarding your use of the Site. They supersede any prior agreements or communications regarding the Site.
